Bad news for fans who were looking to catch Iggy Azalea live in person this year, as it has been announced that her "The Great Escape" tour has officially been cancelled. In the email sent to fans, a reason wasn't given for the cancelled dates, but it did assure that refunds would be sent out and that Iggy will be going on tour in 2016 to coincide with the release of her new music.

Back in March, the tour, which was supposed to begin during the spring, was pushed back until the fall, and while rumors were swirling about a rift between Iggy and her management, they maintained that the tour was simply pushed due to production delays. Both Nick Jonas and Tinashe were originally scheduled to open the tour for Iggy, but they both pulled out when the tour was delayed from the spring until the fall. Read the email that was sent to fans below.

"The Iggy Azalea Great Escape Tour scheduled for this fall has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. There will be a new tour planned around Iggy's new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience."
