Justin Bieber may be well on his way back to changing his public image but he's still got some legal issues haunting him from his bad boy days. According to TMZ, an Argentine judge has ordered that Bieber be arrested if he ever enters the country again. The arrest order stems from a 2013 incident in which a photographer said he was assaulted by one of Bieber's bodyguards. Bieber's reps reportedly thought the case was wrapped up, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's not clear what the judge can do to Bieber at this point, but it looks like Justin won't be in Argentina any time soon.
