Last month Lupe Fiasco's Tetsuo And Youth was finally given the green light for a Jan. 20 release, and now we have the album's first single, "Deliver." With help from Ty Dolla $ign, Lupe puts the microscope on his hometown of Chicago, a city with neighborhoods so rough pizza delivery drivers won't come around.
This is Lupe at his best, using his sharp mind and lyricism to focus on social issues. And Ty Dolla $ign, who's worked with Lupe before on "Next To It" and "Snitches," contributes haunting background vocals. If the rest Tetsuo and Youth follows suit, we anticipate a damn good album.
Stream "Deliver" below and cop it on iTunes right now.
