TMZ is reporting that a major OVO Fest moment has been foiled by Canada's strict border laws. Chris Brown was supposed to come out for a surprise appearance during Drake's set Monday, and the two were going to perform a new song they recorded the night they reunited. Unfortunately, Brown's camp has canceled this plan because it's highly unlikely that he would be able to enter Canada due to his felony conviction. Brown was released from jail in June after serving time for a probation violation, and he still has a pending assault charge in Washington D.C. While it's a shame that Brown can't make the historic trip, maybe this will get Drake to release the new collaboration sooner than planned. One can only hope.
