Kendrick Lamar's critically-acclaimed album good Kid, m.A.A.d City is heading for the big screen. The Compton MC and award-winning director Kahlil Joseph will be teaming up for a 14-minute short film based on the making of the classic 2012 album for the first annual Sundance NEXT Fest. The festival is set to take place in Los Angeles on August 9 and will bring a focus to budding directors and upcoming artists in the entertainment world. Tickets for the event are available here.
