Tonight on the BET Hip Hop Awards, an all-star cast of rap superstars paid tribute to the late Chris Lighty, who passed away this past August. BET gathered up Violator artists A Tribe Called Quest, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, Missy Elliott, and 50 Cent to pay tribute to Lighty by performing a medley of classics. This was particularly historic because 50 Cent and Fat Joe shared the stage together after years of beef. Watch the tribute above, which also includes an intro by Violator artist LL Cool J.
