The ruling has been delivered and in the case of "Freeway" Rick Ross versus rapper William Roberts III, also known as Rick Ross, an L.A. County Superior Court judge has ruled that the real Rick cannot take ownership of his name, therefore allowing Rozay to keep his moniker.

Apparently, Freeway had no case, which led the judge to dismissing the charges. Now the MMG boss can move about stress free and get back to work.

Ross, you can cue in Eminem's "My Name Is" now.
