Hip-hop and jazz have been connected since the former genre was birthed in the streets of New York many moons ago. As such, it should come as no surprise that an act like BADBADNOTGOOD has taken their favorite hip-hop tracks by everyone from Gang Starr to Tyler, the Creator and given them the instrumental treatment. And during a gig last month at the Drake in their native Toronto, the three-piece treated the rowdy crowd to an absolutely huge rendition of Kanye West's "Flashing Lights."
