Earlier this week, reports emerged of another party at Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s residence during the national lockdown.

Allegedly, Downing Street personnel were invited to a drinks reception in the Number 10 garden to “make the most out of the magnificent weather.” ITV News obtained an email that exclusively revealed the first evidence of a party on May 20, 2020, when the rest of the UK was prohibited from meeting more than one person outside.

Diane Abbott, MP for Hackney, was quick to share her thoughts on the shameful matter, taking to Twitter to suggest the Prime Minister get a “massive soundsystem” for “all these parties”, much to the joy of the ‘net.

In her tweet that was sent directly to the PM, it read: “If I had known Boris was having all these parties at Downing St. I could have got him a soundsystem to borrow.” Attached with the tweet was a poor-quality iStock photo of an LCD soundsystem, which included four monitors and 10 subwoofers.

Of course, off the back of Abbott’s tweet, the online community instantly began to churn out the memes. The people aren’t too sure on what the Hackney MP’s song of choice would be, but they were more than happy to see her iconic low-resolution images hit the socials.

Personally I am obsessed with the fact Diane Abbott uses the lowest quality images when tweeting about her colleagues. A legend.

Conspiracy theory - Diane Abbott’s staffers deliberately compress photos to make them low res because they know it gets engagement
