Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has finally responded to a report that resurfaced from 2006, in which Donald Trump reportedly called her a "bitch." "I can't wait until November 9," she told CNN's KFile in an email.

During a speech at a Learning Annex expo event in 2006, Donald Trump reportedly referred to Rice outside of her name because of her inability to see certain actions or negotiations through, according to the New York Daily News. "Condoleezza Rice, she's a lovely woman, but I think she's a bitch," he said. "She goes around to other countries and other nations, negotiates with their leaders, comes back and nothing ever happens."

Rice slammed the Republican candidate earlier in Oct. 2016 on her Facebook account after the leak of his 2005 'hot mic' tape, in which he talked about forcibly groping and kissing women. "Enough! Donald Trump should not be President. He should withdraw," she wrote on Oct. 8.

The Trump campaign has yet to respond to his 2006 comments concerning the former Secretary of State. But Trump has had his hands full with a number of other resurfaced videos and new allegations. In the weeks following the second presidential debate, more women have come forward accusing the Republican of forcing himself on them. Video of Trump's 2006 talk does not currently exist on the Internet. However, a video in which Trump references the "bitch" comment was posted online in 2007.

The GOP candidate expressed a similar sentiment while speaking with CNN's Wolf Blitzer in that same year, saying Condoleezza Rice was "a lovely woman, but she never makes a deal." "She doesn't make deals. She waves, she gets off the plane. She waves, she sits down with some dictator, 45-degree angle. They do the camera shot. She waves again. Gets back on the plane. She waves. No deal ever happens," he added.
