It's what he deserves.

Aaron Schlossberg exploded out of anonymity this week after a video of his bigoted tirade went viral. The lawyer/noted Trump supporter was filmed hurling racist comments at Spanish-speaking restaurant workers in Midtown Manhattan, setting off a wave of nationwide backlash that has affected his professional career as well as his home life.

On Friday afternoon, dozens of people stood outside Schlossberg’s NYC apartment building, where they conducted a “fiesta” protest complete with Spanish chants, food, tequila shots, and a mariachi band, according to TMZ. Video posted on social media reveals there was even a Schlossberg piñata. (If you’re starting to feel sorry for the dude, just remember he’s a xenophobic coward.)

“This message that we're sending to him is not just to him. It's to every single person in America—every single racist,” event organizer Carlos Jesus Calzadilla told ABC 7. “If they think they can openly attack our communities, man, there's going to be a response.”

In the days since he threatened to call ICE on Spanish-speaking individuals, Schlossberg has been kicked out of his office space and has received heavy criticism from elected officials. Rep. Adriano Espaillat (D-N.Y.) and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. filed formal complaints with the state’s court system, according to the Washington Post.

“Racism and hatred have no place in New York State, and certainly no place in our justice system,” Diaz Jr. said in a statement posted on his website. “I stand with Congressman Espaillat in calling for the disciplinary committee of the New York State Unified Court System to examine the attorney identified as Aaron Schlossberg's reprehensible behavior and review his law license for possible revocation.”
