The beautifully strange state of Florida is home to a high school student who seems to love performing WWE finishing moves.

Gianny Sosa-Hernandez was arrested on Monday at a local Miami-Dade County mall after being accused of vandalizing the building's property. In cell phone footage from the suspect and eyewitnesses, Sosa-Hernandez can be seen taking his shirt off, hopping into the mall's faux everglade display, and attacking a fake alligator with an elbow drop and RKO.

Sosa-Hernandez is apparently a serial Randy Orton imitator. A week ago, he was arrest for trying to RKO his Miami South Ridge Senior High School principal. Unfortunately for Sosa-Hernandez, his principal was versed in the ways of professional wrestling. The administrator peeped him stalking and countered the move. Sosa-Hernandez's family feels as though the school district's decision to press charges for the attack is excessive.

"It feels like he’s being charged with something he does not deserve. My brother is a nice guy and all he wanted was play around and make people feel happy about themselves," his brother Mike Sosa told the local CBS-affiliate.

The Miami-Dade school district said in a statement that Sosa-Hernandez's behavior counters their dedication to a safe learning environment.

"It’s unfortunate that anyone would instigate a situation for self-promotion that could bring harm to others. Instances of disruptive and threatening behavior will be handled swiftly and result in severe consequences," the statement reads. "In addition to an arrest, the student’s lack of judgment will result in disciplinary actions in accordance with our Code of Student Conduct."
