All 29 people who were injured in an explosion Saturday in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan have been released from the hospital, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said during a press conference Sunday afternoon.

Following the initial explosion Saturday evening, the New York Times reports a second device was found approximately four blocks away. The Times further reports that de Blasio had dubbed the explosion “an intentional act,” but added there was no link to terrorism and no initial claims of responsibility for the blast.

According to CNN, the second device found was identified as a pressure cooker with protruding wiring "connected by silver duct tape to what appears to be a cellphone." They added that officials haven't yet commented on what was contained inside the device.

We will continue to update as more information becomes available.

An outdoor explosion causing multiple injuries occurred in Chelsea Saturday evening, Pix 11 reports.

Preliminary reports on Twitter claim that it was IED explosion with "at least 14 minor injuries." There have been no reports of fatalities. It happened on 23rd Street between 6th Ave and 7th Ave at 8:30 p.m. outside of the Associated Blind Housing facility.

New reports have stated the explosion came from a dumpster. Police sources tell the New York Post that "at least 26 suffered from minor injuries." However, FDNY tweeted the count to be 25.

Twitter user @ANTs_KICKs has shared a Periscope stream live on the scene, which you can watch below.

The FDNY, the NYPD Counterterrorism Unit, FBI, and Homeland Security are investigating the explosion. This comes after a pipe bomb exploded in Seaside Heights, N.J.

Photos and more information on the explosion were shared by people on the street or near the area.

The FDNY did not immediately respond to Complex’s request for comment. This story is developing.
