DeMar DeRozan Debuts Special Edition Kobe A.D.

The Raptors all-star shows off brand new sneakers.

If you turned on the TV last night and witnessed the Toronto Raptors demolish the Boston Celtics, you may have also caught the debut of some fresh new sneakers courtesy of DeMar DeRozan.

While guiding his team to a convincing 111-91 victory, the NBA All-Star showed off a pair of new DeMar Kobe A.D. shoes, which are now available in very limited supply. This special edition piece marks the first ever Canadian debut of an NBA Player Edition sneaker from Foot Locker and Nike. The inaugural piece was launched this morning at the House of Hoops shop in downtown Toronto.

Footlocker’s NBA Player Edition program offers everyone the opportunity to snag some of the hottest Nike and Jordan Brand kicks that grace NBA courts throughout the regular season. This means that sneakerheads can go to their nearest House of Hoops and pick up unique shoe styles worn by their favourite players — if they’re a brand new design, fans can even buy them at Footlocker as early as the next day.

As previously mentioned, the newly revealed DeMar Kobe A.D. PE are being sold at the Yonge and Dundas Footlocker (247 Yonge Street) and are available for $200.
