The Avalanches have shared a video via Facebook, which may or may not indicate there is new music on the way.
The video pokes fun at the now farcical wait fans have endured since the release of Since I Left You in late 2000. Well aware of the public's appetite for a new release, the new video is either a magnificent troll job, or an indication there is a new album on the way.
Entitled Since They Left Us, the video includes commentary from rumoured Avalanches collaborators Danny Brown, Ariel Pink, Kirin J. Callinan, Father John Misty and Jennifer Herrera of Royal Trux.
