Callum McGinley and Rockwell Princely’s London-based sneaker label, notwoways, has expanded its technical footwear arm with the launch of its new ARW Subsolar silhouette.
Crafted with a knit upper made of recycled materials, the brand’s latest model draws inspiration from “the lands situated directly beneath the sun” by introducing a desert-like colour palette with hits of speckled orange. Remixing its previous Kaki model from last year, the earth-conscious sneaker is led by a new midsole and shaped collars, as well as a rubber hang tag that houses a notwoways graffiti motif.
To further support the brand’s sustainable initiative, additionally the ARW Subsolar uses mesh underlays and perforated touches for increased breathability during outdoor excursions. Rounding out the design is a pair of muted laces, while a stretchy ankle support ensures easy and off access.
