Copenhagen-based menswear label Les Deux has revealed its Pre-Spring 2024 collection lookbook, featuring an expressive range of seasonal selects with a focus on tactility, comfort and classic patterns.
The new collection emphasises the idea of duality through a range of preppy and street, timeless and nostalgic styles. Key styles include nostalgic and bold Fair Isle and Icelandic knits in distinctively vintage patterns, rich wool coats, heavily brushed long-haired overshirts, rugged bouclé hybrids, timeless merino rollnecks, fleecy jackets, relaxed corduroy pants, and warm wool suit pants.
Other pieces in the line-up include soft jersey silhouettes with embroidered floral artwork and Les Deux branding, while check patterns embellish a variety of items, spanning from coats, hybrids and shirts to bags and hats. Dominated by the colours of the Scottish wilderness, where the campaign shoot took place, the collection is rounded out by a pair of hardwearing work boots and shades of peaty browns, smokey greys, deep evergreens and muted russet.
Inspired by scenarios like meeting friends or family during the depths of winter at a cozy pub, creative director Mathias H. Jensen said of the collection: “These are places where everyone is welcome, and they host people from a wide range of backgrounds, which is something that really spoke to us. We imagined what styles people might wear at these sorts of community hotspots.”
