Descente ALLTERRAIN—a sub lineof the technical label Descente—has unveiled the lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2022 collection: a capsule that features a range of styles that have been designed to evolve with the seasons and changing temperatures.
With ALLTERRAIN known for its signature jackets, this season sees the label move away from the award-winning Mizusawa down jackets from previous seasons and head towards lighter, sleeker silhouettes. In usual ALLTERRAIN style, the collection refuses to tone down its dedication to innovative and practical fabrics and offers a vast selection of outerwear crafted in GORE-TEX, ENTRANT windtight nylon, and SAITOS light ripstop.
Highlights include the return of the FUSIONKNIT range, which features the Schematech Engineered Knit to allow changes of texture and function in one continuous piece. Other notable pieces include a 2-in-1 jacket consisting of an outer shell jacket with a removable down vest line, a “reversible” hoodie, and a lightweight and seamless half-sleeve shirt which has been constructed using a woven, non-fraying, free-cut fabric.
