intro

PULSE New York 2012 opens next week, with sixty galleries presenting exhibitions in all media at the Metropolitan Pavilion.

Now in its seventh edition, PULSE mixes well-established artists and undiscovered, emerging talents. This year, the fair boasts work by the inimitable Fred Wilson, painter and Whitney Biennial standout Andrew Masullo, photographer Tracey Moffatt, and many more.

Special projects will also come in the form of an architectural installation by Lead Pencil Studio and the latest edition of PULSE PLAY>, which is curated by Babycastles and forms an artist-created video game arcade.

PULSE New York 2012 runs from May 3 through 6 at the Metropolitan Pavilion on 125 West 18th Street, New York, New York.
