Well, well, well. It's hard to believe it, but the #2 man on our Most Stylish New Yorkers list has succumbed to the one thing he said he could not wear; skinny jeans. Touching down in Manchester via helicopter, Jay-Z was spotted rocking the tighter-than-normal denim with Timbs, a snapback and a dope scarf. We can't be mad at the change, but does it go against his mantra?
