Ronnie Fieg and crew have not only established a brand that can create pieces that sell out in a matter of minutes, but he's also created a shop that gives other NYC shops who've been around for years a run for their money. You'd be hard-pressed not to fina pair of shoes you need in your life on their beautiful, wooden-adorned walls and, sharing a space with Atrium gives you a chance to match your kicks with your awesome duds.

Why it's cool: An Americana shop with obscure Japanese brands to spare, Hickoree's second floor shop is intimate, but welcoming.

Head on upstairs, not really knowing what to expect (from the brick & mortar, at least) only to have your eyes widen with amazement at the Americana and denim selection that Hickoree's has to offer. From obscure Japanese brands to some good ol' American favorites, (including the owners' Sandy and Emil Corsillo's in-house brand, The Hill-Side), the in-store experience will have you just as giddy as their online presence.

Established in 2006, Shop AWOL's Allston, Mass. location has one of the cleanest interiors you will see in a streetwear shop. You wouldn't know Thom Browne had his first free-standing flagship shop outside the U.S. in Tokyo from the outside; a gray marble-clad storefront with no signage and a single door. The architecturally sound three-story interior is as clean abd business-oriented as Thom Browne's clothing, with minimal branding or signage and a collection that limit's you to making the best choice possible. Pretty easy to do since just about everything Browne drops is the best.

London's Hostem is about as minimalistic as it gets with a men's clothing shop. Only showcasing about 50 pieces total for a very intimate experience in a shop that looks like a house straight out of a horror movie set in the 1800s. Makes sense, since the aesthetic is pretty dark, carrying labels like Rick Owens, Boris Bidjan Saberi, and Ann Demeulemeester, but it's a totally different experience then you're probably used to while shopping. That makes it pretty damn unique.

The Rhinelander Mansion is exactly what it says. Opening Ceremony has epic stores all over the world, but its Tokyo location has all of them beat. The four-story, super-modern architecture is paired with only the best hand-picked collections to match the eclectic surroundings. With a glass storefront and radical shelving, OC Tokyo is just an all-around fun place to walk around and gaze at, let alone pick up some cool shit in.

The 5,000 sq. ft. space has different themed rooms like the club space for private events, and retail space filled with brands like Raf Simons, Jil Sander, Sidian Ersatz and Vane atop of insane displays. Your brain may explode while trying to encapsulate this place. Makes sense with a name like "Late Night Chameleon Cafe."
