For 20 years, Summer Jam has been the unofficial way to kick off a very, very wavy summer. NYC radio station Hot 97 continued to bring the heat—in the middle of a scorching weekend no less—nevermind the 90-degree temperatures or the threat of a storm, the concert was electrifying even without the help of Mother Nature.
