The MTV Movie Awards are more than just a "Best Kiss" movie moment. Sure they may not be the Academy Awards, but they've been a tongue-in-cheek event that honors the biggest celebrities of music and the silver screen—with a laid back environment that allows even the stuffiest stars to let out their inner weirdness. 

But, like a scientific equation, when the environment gets more relaxed, the outfits get more insane. While some guys put in a strong effort, others...well, they have fun with it.
