The first trailer for the upcoming documentary Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer was released today on Pret-a-Reporter. The new film, which debuts in September, will explore the personal life of Scott and the journey that made him one of the most talked about designers, from his beginnings in Kansas City, Missouri to his most recent work as the creative director for Moschino.
The doc features cameos from A$AP Rocky and Katy Perry, both friends of Scott that sat in the front row of the Moschino presentation last week. Of course, Miley Cyrus who created wearable pieces for his Spring/Summer 2015 show also makes an appearance to praise the designer.
"Jeremy Scott changed my life," says Rocky in the trailer. "He kind of put the bridge together between the ghetto and high-end fashion"
The documentary will be available September 18 on Pret-a-Reporter.
