25. NCQ3

NCQ3, which stands for Never Can Quit 3, is one of the original bombers to come out of Prince George's County, a Maryland suburb to the east of DC. Beginning in 1990 NCQ3 painted many themed graffiti pieces in PG and on the DC Metro system's Red Line, which brought attention to his name. Most famously he is known for writing his name on the Washington Monument in the early '90s. In addition to pioneering a number of spots in PG County, NCQ3 is a founding member of FBS and DSV crews and has mentored a number of young writers in the mid-90s, including CRI and UNKNOWN.
