Cast, Tint, Shade, Glow brings 5 contemporary artists to The Mikhail Zakin Gallery in Northern New Jersey for a group exhibiton exploring the potential of color. Included are Palma Blank, Susan Lisbin, Matt Mignanelli, Leigh Ruple, and Susanna Starr. Four of the artists work in paint, with Starr the lone exception in experimenting with 3-D sculpture. With differing styles, they all combine to prove new and vibrant engagement with art history and exciting ways of pushing the boundaries of color.
Exhibition runs through November 19, 2011.
