We were looking for a fast, convenient, yet unthinkably dangerous way to get around town, and you know what? We found one.
Born in Bratislava, Slovakia – it’s called pallet skating and it’s simple enough to do. Just put a few rollers on the bottom of a wood pallet, wait until the train passes, and then hit the tracks…among other things to collide with.
Riders will undoubtedly run into a few buses, cars, jaywalkers, not to mention trams and other pallet skaters. Quiet? Not really. Safe? Absolutely not. Convenient? Sure, it goes anywhere the tram goes.
