Laker Uni

Twitter can be great for a number of reasons, particularly in the sports world. Heck, most people found out about NBA commissioner David Stern killing the three-team Chris Paul deal through social media. But one of the best reasons Twitter rules all is the instant reaction from anybody and everybody. Jokes are instantly coined and passed around the Twittersphere faster than Stern can ruin a fan's hopes and dreams. We sorted through the garbage and found some of the best photoshopped Twitpics about Paul, including this premature Lakers uni from @RHurstDesigns.

Big Things

@Weak_Side_Help

The NBA has a little game it is playing with its fans. It's called the "Let's get everybody really pumped about this season being super awesome then actually prevent that from ever happening" game. Sound fun?

Kobe Mad

@HenryLim

We're positive Paul was angry, but we're pretty sure Kobe wasn't smiling this big either.

Dr. Stern

@KenPiffyJunior

David Stern isn't planning to blow up Earth, he's just slowly destroying the NBA world.

NO LA

@ArashMarkazi

Via Arash: "Chris Paul's jersey says it all: 'NO LA'."

Raisins

@Clintonite33

The real reason this all didn't work out is because Paul has a secret phobia of California Raisins.

Football Head

@SimpleMachines_

David Stern says, "NOT IN MY LEAGUE!"

Maury

@Maka_Velly91

That's a look of disgust on Paul's face, not relief. He wanted to see thousands of Lakers babies wearing his jersey!

Plane

@LouisianaJeezy

Okay, you got us. Chris Paul wasn't actually on a Delta flight (he'd obviously fly Southwest), but his heart and mind had certainly already touched down in L.A.
