Carmelo Anthony Left Tonight's Game with a Sprained Ankle

Let's hope it's not a high ankle sprain.

None

First, it was reported that New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony was showing his toughness by playing through a sprained wrist against the Memphis Grizzlies. Not too long after, Melo suffered another injury that was too painful to struggle through. As tweeted by Howard Beck of the New York Times and Frank Isola of the New York Daily News, he turned his ankle in the third quarter, forcing him off the court and into the locker room. The X-rays came out negative, so it's just a sprain, but he'll likely need a few days to fully recover. He left with 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists.
