Normally the saying goes "do as I say, not as I do." That still doesn't really work out too well, when you apply it to watching rap music videos. These short artistic clips are always shot in closed-off circumstances, often with professional drivers or fake situations, so when you see wild bike stunts and high-speed chases, there's not any serious danger. The real danger comes when people see their favorite rappers driving a certain way and attempt to imitate that in their own cars. That's a big no-no. We've scrounged up 20 examples of things you should never be doing in your ride with these 20 Dangerous Driving Maneuvers We've Learned From Watching Rap Music Videos.

Running From a Helicopter

Where We Saw It: "My Life"
Who Taught Us: 50 Cent

Have you noticed the settings of all those cop chase shows that you catch on Saturday mornings when you're hungover. It's always helicopter + car driving 120 mph + weaving in between semi trucks + car crash + man trying to run into an open field. If you weren't aware, helicopters are faster and can go more places than a car.

Driving a Convertible With the Top Down and Somebody Standing in the Back Seat While It's Snowing

Where We Saw It: "Started From the Bottom
Who Taught Us: Drake

We tell tell ya, these rappers have no respect for their luxury and supercars. Yeah, we know it's fake snow, but some people in this world are idiots and will think it's a good idea to let it snow, let it snow, let it snow all over their luxury leather interior. Not to mention that he's just rubbing in the dirt and grime by standing on the seats.

Popping a Wheelie on the Motorcycle

Where We Saw It: "I'm a Boss"
Who Taught Us: Meek Mill

We've seen Meek Mill, DMX, A$AP Ty Y and all of their respective crews easily cruising down the street, wheels up, hands dragging along the ground like it ain't no thing. They might make it look effortless, but they've also been riding bikes for years. Don't try to be like your favorite rapper.

Parking in Your Neighbor's Lawn

Where We Saw It: "Forgot About Dre"
Who Taught Us: Eminem

Aside from the chance that you might run somebody over, and aside from the fact that you'll probably get arrested, you run the risk of getting shot by an old grumpy dude or beat up with a purse full of bricks by an old grumpy woman.

Drinking Syrup While Driving

Where We Saw It: "Ridin' Spinners"
Who Taught Us: Three 6 Mafia

Syrup is a means of impairing yourself. We'll leave at that, but we don't think that sounds like a good thing to sip on behind the wheel. Grab an All Sport or Juicy Juice instead.

Driving With Your Gullwing Doors Open

Where We Saw It: "Nobody"

Monaco has large mountains. Monaco also has large cliffs, on which roads were built. Racing any attractive woman would be suicide by distraction, and racing against somebody like Danica Patrick is pure stupidity.
