Heritage in product pitching is often forced. Not so with Brooks. The small firm from Smethwich, West Midlands has been manufacturing leather saddles locally for 144 years. For 2012, they've released a special edition (limited to 2012) B17 Select World Traveller. The saddle features illustrations by Frank Patterson, who was responsible for all the Brooks catalogs of the 1920s. These drawings relate to the WCR Grand Tour, a competitive circumnavigation of the Earth by bicycle. We doubt you'll ride that far, but we still believe you should be properly situated if even for a shoot coffee run.
