Forbes stays conservative with picks for the 15 hottest cars of the 2013 model year. New entry level vehicles, like the Chevy Spark and Dodge Dart, appear alongside Mazda's family-friendly crossover, the CX-5. Infiniti's JX35 represents, and rightly so — the car comfortably sits 7 and has enough pick-up to make carting kids to soccer practice fun. Not surprisingly the Scion FR-S has a spot... who isn't excited by this little rear-wheel drive wonder?... and BMW makes an appearance with the 6 Series Grand Coupe. However, while mostly solid cars few have a "wow" factor that would make us think "hottest ride of 2013."
