LeBron James wanted the last shot. With the Chicago Bulls clawing back, LeBron made one mistake after another, allowing the Bulls an opportunity to tie it up late in the fourth quarter. After Derrick Rose's contested layup evened the score at 84, James got the ball and an opportunity to right all the wrongs he made leading up to this moment.
As James made his way to the basket, he received some contact from Joakim Noah. Should it have been called a foul? Maybe. Should it have been reviewed? Definitely. With no timeouts, the Cavaliers had an opportunity to draw up a play, but everyone in the United Center knew who was getting that final shot. After freeing himself up from Jimmy Butler, LeBron caught the ball in the corner and sent the series back to Cleveland tied up at two with this game-winning jumper.
