According to KATU Portland's Evan Bell, a semi-truck went off the road on Wednesday morning and crashed into the backyard pool of the Trail Blazers' Evan Turner. Thankfully this occurred in December, and not during a month where that pool may have been occupied. Nevertheless, Bell also posted an image of the wreckage, as well as some footage of rescue crews trying to do something about it:
KATU adds that the driver was rescued by emergency personnel. And though his condition remains a mystery, they are said to be "serious." This rescue was apparently quite dramatic, as The Oregonian explained it like so:

It's also not clear if Turner was home at the time the accident occurred, though the team did have Tuesday off to prepare for a Wednesday night home game against the Spurs. The former second overall pick signed a four-year deal with Portland in the summer of 2016. He purchased the home a month later for a reported price of $3.15 million.
