The Baltimore Ravens look like they’re going to be champions.
No, not champions of the NFL. We are talking about the title for most offseason arrests.
Cornerback Jimmy Smith became the fifth Raven arrested this offseason after being charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct late last night in Towson, a suburb of Baltimore. The Baltimore Sun has the story, and it does not paint a flattering picture of Smith:
Smith joins Jah Reid, Deonte Thompson, Lorenzo Taliaferro, and most notably Ray Rice as Ravens to be arrested this offseason. It’s a Bengals-esque performance from Baltimore in terms of arrest volume, and you can bet coach John Harbaugh will be none too pleased about this latest misstep by one of his players.
If this mug shot is any indication, though, Smith doesn’t really seem to care:
