It's no secret that Antoine Walker has one of the saddest stories in NBA history. After earning $110 million as a player, he's blown through almost all his money since retiring in 2008, been forced to play in the D-League, and filed for bankruptcy in 2010. As a result, he's one of the subjects of Broke, the "30 For 30" documentary that is set to air on ESPN tonight.
But, before it does, Walker agreed to be interviewed on ESPN First Take this morning by Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith, who both asked him specific questions about his finances. And, it was super sad. Take a look to hear him explain how the recession (and his friends!) killed his bottom line.
