Everybody is talking about what a disaster the 2015 NBA free agency period has been for the Knicks so far, but what about the Nets? Sure, they re-signed Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young. But don't they deserve to be criticized every bit as harshly as their crosstown rivals for failing to make major moves?
SportsCenter anchor Linda Cohn sure thinks so, and she shared her thoughts on how the Nets haven't "done a damn thing" in free agency on ESPN a short time ago. Problem is, she wasn't on the air at the time. Instead, she was having a conversation behind-the-scenes when her comments were picked up live and broadcast to those watching SC at home:
