Back in 2012, then-Tigers outfielder Delmon Young was arrested and eventually suspended by Major League Baseball for attacking a Jewish man in New York City and going on an anti-Semitic rant. Today, Young—who played with the Orioles last season but is now a free agent—is once again facing legal trouble after allegedly choking and threatening to kill a valet attendant outside of a hotel in Miami.

According to a police report obtained by Hardball Talk, Young was arrested on Sunday night at the Viceroy Hotel after he allegedly attacked a valet who wouldn’t open a door leading to a club for him. The report says that Young placed his hand’s around the valet’s throat and yelled, “Stupid Cuban, open the f*cking door,” as well as, “I’m gonna f*cking kill you, you Latin piece of sh*t.” Young fled the scene a short time later, but police were able to locate him inside a room at the Viceroy Hotel where he reportedly lives. To make matters worse, Young allegedly yelled, “I’ll slap you in the face with money, you f*cking Cuban,” when a police officer showed up at his door, and he was reportedly intoxicated and not wearing anything from the waist down at the time.
