There are apparently some really creative people who live in the city of Boston. Back in February after Wes Welker dropped a pass during Super Bowl XLVI that would have essentially won the game for the Patriots, a local pawn shop dropped a bunch of Butterfingers in the middle of Beantown's Copley Square along with a note that read, "Thank You, Wes Welker." And now, a Popeyes that's located about 100 yards from Fenway Park is poking fun at Boston's other favorite team. Playing off the reports about the love that Red Sox pitchers have for fried chicken, the restaurant recently hung up a sign outside of the store that says, "4 Out of 5 Pitchers Prefer Our Chicken BEST!"
Damn, Bo Sox. BURNED!
