A 92-year-old woman who is a lifelong Portland Trail Blazers fan was heading to see her favorite team play in person for the very first time. And thanks to people hopping onto a social media campaign, she was able to meet the team's biggest star.
A #HelpMerleMeetLillard hashtag made the rounds on Twitter, and eventually the team caught word of it and set up a touching meeting between Merle and Damian Lillard.
