Per a new report, Smart feels "insulted" by what he considers a "lack of respect" from Boston. He reportedly wants to return to Boston, and the Celtics have claimed they want to hold onto him, but it seems Boston hasn't floated a figure Smart feels is a fair deal.

Multiple reports have indicated other teams around the league—including the Kings, Nets, and Grizzlies—may make a run at Smart.
