Thabo Sefolosha Releases Statement About Broken Leg Sustained During Nightclub Incident: "The Injury Was Caused by the Police"

Thabo Sefolosha and his teammate Pero Antic were arrested outside of New York City nightclub 1 OAK last week a short time after Pacers forward Chris Copeland was stabbed. And while it's still unclear exactly what happened prior to their arrest, Sefolosha sustained a broken leg during an incident with police that may have involved the use of a baton.

Earlier this afternoon, he released a statement about what took place and, while he didn't go into specifics, he blamed the NYPD for the injury that he suffered. You can read his entire statement here:
