Can you imagine if any other player in the NBA did this? What if Kobe Bryant stepped out in a 76ers hat? What if Russell Westbrook got caught wearing a Lakers hat? Or, hell, what if LeBron James had made his Late Show With David Letterman appearance last night with a Cavaliers hat on? Outrage!
And, yet, we're not surprised (at all!) that Metta World Peace went out the other day rocking a Knicks hat with a Lakers shirt. In fact, if we're surprised about anything, it's that he even bothered to throw the Lakers shirt on at all. SMH. Why, Metta, why?
