The rumored Fall 2021 launch date for Drake’s NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra has come and gone without materializing, but the model’s white and chrome colorway is still expected to release soon. While we hold out for more info on the drop, Drake has shared another look at a rarely seen colorway of the sneaker on Instagram.
Previously spotted on Drake’s feet courtside at a November Lakers game, a chrome-accented “Triple Black” NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra was teased again by the rapper today. The sneaker appears to match the color blocking of the aforementioned white and chrome colorway, with reflective 3M piping and a yellow Air bubble.
Despite the new teaser, there’s no indication whether or not this “Triple Black” pair will end up releasing. Other colorways that have been previewed include black/yellow and snakeskin variations.
The NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra will retail for $180. Check back soon for the latest release date updates for the model.
UPDATE (02/22): After confirming the release of Drake’s Nocta x Nike Hot Step collab, we now have an official look at the shoe in the “Triple Black” colorway. This pair and the “Triple White” makeup are scheduled to release on March 3 for $180 each.
UPDATE (06/29): Following its retail debut in March, Nike confirmed on SNKRS that the “Triple Black” Nocta x Nike Hot Step is releasing on July 7 via the app for $180. In addition to the SNKRS launch, the “Triple Black” iteration will also be available on July 7 from nocta.com for $180.
