Adidas has unveiled the Exhibit Select, a new performance basketball sneaker that's designed specifically for women and will hit retailers this summer.

According to Adidas, the Exhibit Select silhouette was designed with insights and data gathered from elite female athletes and everyday women. The model is equipped with a soft neoprene bootie upper engineered specifically for the female foot, with an exposed window at the midpanel. Additional details include a full-length Bounce cushioning system on the midsole that's low to the ground, providing on-court precision and stability.

"The Exhibit Select reflects our unwavering commitment to women in basketball and providing them with the best performance footwear possible, designed and tested by women, for women," Eric Wise, the global general manager of Adidas Basketball, said.

Readers will be able to cop the Adidas Exhibit Select globally on Aug. 1 at Adidas.com and at select retailers for $110 to $140. Las Vegas Aces star Candace Parker will debut her "Game Royalty" PE of the shoe during the WNBA All-Star Weekend on July 15.
