You already know that the sneaker resell market is booming, but if you've ever wondered how well your state stacks up against the rest in terms of eBay revenue generated, Highsnobiety and Campless have you covered. They've linked up with artist Dan Freebairn of KickPosters for these infographics that break the numbers down state by state.
Sitting at the top with $15.41 million in eBay sneaker sales is California, which is followed closely by New York with $12.03 million. Neither of those are much of a surprise, but we don't have an explanation for Florida taking third place. Meanwhile, major cities like Philadelphia, Chicago, and Atlanta anchor their respective states into the Top 10, while Maryland and Virginia pop up to represent the DMV.
In last place is Wyoming, with just $7,622 in eBay sales from May 2014 through May 2015. We're guessing that doesn't include the secondary sales of cowboy boots.
