The collaboration between Pensole Footwear Design Academy, Foot Locker, and Asics has been months in the making, and it's finally coming to fruition in the form of this "Pensole Reflect" Gel-Lyte III.
The Pensole x Asics Gel Lyte III "Pensole Reflect" is the result of a design course that took place last July and called upon 18 students to come together and create their own Asics colorway.
Their Gel-Lyte III colorway is inspired by reflection and mirror images and draws from the colors of nighttime and daytime.
"The future of the footwear industry is reliant upon the type of creativity, innovation and originality displayed by this competition’s winning team," said Pensole founder D'Wayne Edwards.
