Ninja will be dropping an official collaboration with Adidas in the near future. The massively popular video game streamer took to social media earlier today to make the announcement.
The 28-year old's popularity skyrocketed in 2018, thanks to the pop culture phenomenon that became of the online multiplayer video game Fortnite. He was one of the top-ranked and most viewed players on Twitch racking up billions of views, and even streaming with Drake and Travis Scott at one point.
Earlier this month, he made headlines in the gaming world when he announced he would be ditching Twitch to exclusively stream on Microsoft's less-populated Mixer platform. That news actually provided some foreshadowing. He was wearing an Adidas hoodie in the official video announcement. There have been other instances of Ninja supporting the Trefoil in the past as well, mainly the pair of Dragon Ball Z x Adidas ZX 500 RM "Goku" sneakers that can usually be spotted in the background of his streaming sessions.
The exact specifications of the deal have yet to be revealed, but Ninja's fans can expect some exclusive footwear and apparel arriving to retailers in the coming months. An official release date has not been announced at this time for the Ninja x Adidas collection.
