Last weekend's release of the "Powder Blue" Air Jordan X retro was a huge draw. And according to Sneakerologist Matt Powell of SportsOneSource, they sold extremely well.
This morning, Powell tweeted just how many pairs the popular drop actually moved.

Although the overall percentage of sneaker sales has increased substantially, Air Jordans are still top dog. With sales up 65 percent, compared to a 50 percent increase in basketball shoes, there's no denying what sneakerheads have been spending their money on.

With tax season in full effect, it wouldn't be surprising if the numbers continued to increase.
