While the 2016 NBA All-Star game is in Toronto, Nike's special events around the game won't be confined to that city. This week, the brand announced a series of SNKRS XPRESS pop-up shops arriving in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York City.
NYC's SNKRS XPRESS location lands at 120 Wooster St. in SoHo, a short walk from NikeLab's 21 Mercer location.
On the inside the appointment-only space is filled with Nike shoes new and old. There's a wall featuring archival models like the "Marty McFly" Hyperdunks and OG Nike Basketball designs, along with some storied Air Force 1s that feel right at home in the Big Apple.
Of course, there are sneakers for sale too. Point of sale systems running the Nike SNKRS app allow for the purchase of anticipated All-Star weekend releases like the "White/Cement" Jordan 4.
Readers can visit the Nike SNKRS XPRESS store by making an appointment with Nike here.
